Spider Web
Section titled “Spider Web”The spider web is used as a conversation tool. People score themselves on each dimension (0-10). No standard - it’s about what the person themselves finds important.

The wheel indicates that it doesn’t matter which pillar you start with. If you turn one pillar, it affects the others.
